Released in April this year, SS Rajamouli’s magnum Opus Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion had broken each and every box-office record of Indian cinema and recreated history. The movie grossed over 1300 crore in India and ended up as the highest grossing movie in India. Baahubali 2 worldwide gross stands at 1710 crore which is next only to Aamir Khan’s Dangal that minted around 1950 crore worldwide. Now, Baahubali 2 is gearing up for it’s first major international release.
As per the latest updates, Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion has been censored by the Japanese authorities has been rated G, which is equivalent of the U certificate in the Indian censorship system. Baahubali 2 Japanese dubbed version is releasing in Japan on December 29th. Apart from Japan, the film will also be released in China, Korea and other major Asian destinations.
Baahubali 2 will see massive release in Japan and only if it performs strongly Japan and China, it can beat the worldwide lifetime record of Dangal and emerge as the highest grossing Indian movie of all time. It has to be noticed that Baahubali first part was not successful in Japan and China as well.
Baahubali stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishan and Sathyaraj in the key roles. MM Keeravani has composed music for the film.
